Had a pretty bad accident on 12/14/18. Called my insurance company and had roadside dispatched. They wanted me to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes in the freezing cold, with a 4 year old special needs child in a car seat, in a car that was completely totaled, no heat, no power, nothing. I googled the closest tow company and Beeline popped up. Called and spoke to Ted, and within 3 minutes had my info to him, insurance info and him dispatching a driver. A few minutes later, Rasheed, the driver contacted me to let me know his ETA, he then continued to update me several times as to his location. He got to my location, helped me get my key out of the ignition, get my things out of my trunk and was just genuinely concerned that everything was okay. He was by far the sweetest guy ever! They picked up the phone the first time, they were extremely polite and gave me a reasonable quote. They were there on time, the serviceman was professional and kind, and they picked up my car without any damage or hassle. They accept card or cash. Ted was great. He is a self-made business owner and since he owns his own trucks there is no paying the middle man or extra fees, so the price is very competitive. I paid $90 (credit card) to tow my car about 20 minutes, which I found to be extremely reasonable. It would have been even less expensive had I paid cash.
